DJ Snake is a French producer, born William Grigahcine in Paris in 1986. A former graffiti artist, he built early credits producing for other stars before his own singles turned him into a global hitmaker.
Turn Down for What
His 2013 breakout “Turn Down for What” with Lil Jon reached number four and went multi-platinum. “Lean On”, a 2015 collaboration with Major Lazer and MO, became one of the most-streamed songs on Spotify.
Encore
His debut album Encore (2016) carried “Let Me Love You” with Justin Bieber, a top-five hit. “Middle” and “Magenta Riddim” followed.
Taki Taki
“Taki Taki” (2018) brought together Selena Gomez, Cardi B and Ozuna on one track, topping the global Spotify chart for over a month. His second album Carte Blanche arrived in 2019.
